Working at Epic Games has been a life changing experience for me.

I’ve grown at

Preached that data drove decisions, allowed me to partner in writing research protocols, and provided an impactful problem space with a meaningful mission.

Challenged me to improve all aspects of the design process, effectively present, develop strong visual design skills, and understand the importance of every detail.

Believed in me when my toolbox was limited to soft skills, trusted me to fill in as a Product Manager, and provided an organization that helped me grow early in my career.

Education

MS - User Experience Design

2017 - 2019

While bootcamps and certificates provide a general overview of miscellaneous UX skills, the Master’s program I completed in UXD curriculum imparted relevant knowledge and technical and soft skill sets that complement my on-the-job experience and prepared me to leave the program as a UXD expert and leader.

BA - Computer Systems

2009 - 2013

Having a B.A. in Computer Systems, I understand the logic behind coding languages and have paired with engineers on past projects. This experience helps when assessing feasibility and scalability in the development cycle.
